We are literally watching the next generation of businesses form right before our mobile screens. Whether it’s Amazon buying Whole Foods or your friends starting an online business, we’re witnessing the creation of the future big businesses by bold entrepreneurs.

Sneaker company, K-Swiss recently launched a new campaign entitled Generation K: the next generation of entrepreneurs. The brand selected 4 vanguard entrepreneurs, Anwar Carrots, Coco + Breezy, Elliot Tebele, and Karen Civil, to be the force behind the campaign with the in your face, energetic, entrepreneurship master teacher at the helm, Gary Vaynerchuk.

K- Swiss sat down with Anwar “Carrots” Washington of Carrots by Anwar Carrots to get his take on being an entrepreneur in this new era of entrepreneurship.

For those of you who may not know, Anwar is originally from New Jersey and is a product of a Nigerian mother and a Virgin Islander father, orginally getting his start through managing friend and rapper, Casey Veggies. He has since made his mark in the land of streetwear, with his Carrots by Anwar Carrots brand.

Anwar recently made another major move when Carrots by Anwar Carrots released its Game of Thrones Collection in collaboration with HBO! “Rep the Realm” is a small collection of shirts, Champion basketball shorts, and a tote bag. If that isn’t dope enough, know that the artwork for the collection was actually created by Anwar’s Wife Stella Blu.
