Since the onset of 2018, Wizkid has more or less returned from “the other side” and has delivered a proliferation of collaborations between himself and Nigerian artists who are more directly geared towards the Nigerian/African market. Enter “Fake Love,” the Killertunes produced track released under the StarBoy pseudonym featuring both Duncan Mighty–the “Port Harcourt boy,” and none other than Wizkid himself. After dropping teasers of the music video for the melodious tune on social media, the two have fairly quickly followed up with the release of the music video. The music video was directed by the popular director Clarence Peters and it features plenty of bright lights, dancing women and Wizkid on his full “sex symbol” steeze–remaining shirtless for the better part of the video. Watch the “Fake Love” music video below and let us know what you think about Starboy’s recent collaborations.
