Michaela Coel and Arinze Kene Make UK Netflix History

Word has broken out that the ever so talented Michaela Coel and Nigerian actor, Arinze Kene, are both starring in an upcoming romantic musical called, Been So Long. The film is directed by Tinge Krishnan and is based on a play by Che Walker and Arthur Darvill. The film is making history through the multi-million deal that Netflix has reportedly made to acquire the film, making it the most expensive acquisition of a UK film by Netflix to date. All of this news is especially exciting considering that Michaela had recently revealed that she was stepping away from her beloved show, Chewing Gum, for now, to focus on other projects.
